Ohio League of Nursing Education Summit

The Ohio League of Nursing (OLN) is dedicated to advancing excellence in nursing education.  The OLN addresses issues facing all nursing education programs through advocacy and leadership. 

On March 30, 2012, several faculty members from the College of Nursing presented at the Ohio League of Nursing Education Summit in Columbus, Ohio.



Cindy Dowds

Cindy Dowds, professional instructor of nursing, presented a poster, titled "Skills Evaluation Guidelines for Conscientious Faculty."  In addition, Dowds; Marje Silcox, professional instructor of nursing; and Dr. Jackie Owens, assistant professor of nursing, offered an oral presentation titled, "Social Network Guest Panels: A Strategy for Student-Directed Collaborative Learning."
