Dates for walk-in vaccinations:
Tuesday, October 4th, 9am-5pm
Thursday, October 6th, 8am-1pm
Monday, October 10th, 11am-2pm
Tuesday, October 11th, 10am-5pm
Wednesday, October 12th, 2pm-5pm
Thursday, October 13th, 8am-1pm
VACCINATION IS REQUIRED FOR PEDIATRIC CLINICAL.
