Dr. Owens Editor-in-Chief for OJIN

Dr. Jacqueline Owens, Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing, has accepted the position of Editor-in-Chief for the Online Journal of Issues in Nursing (OJIN), effective November 1, 2011.  The OJIN is a scholarly journal of the American Nurses Association.  It is a peer-reviewed publication that provides a forum for discussion of the issues inherent in current topics of interest to nurses and other health care professionals.  The intent of the journal is to present different views on issues that affect nursing research, education, and practice, thus enabling readers to understand the full complexity of a topic.  Journal page views average approximately 10,000 visitors each day.
