Dr. Owens - "Quick Hits for Teaching with Technology"

Dr. Jacqueline Owens, assistant professor of nursing, contributed to the publication, "Quick Hits for Teaching with Technology: Successful Strategies by Award Winning Teachers" (R.K. Morgan & K.T. Olivares).  The publication was released February 27, 2012 by Indiana University Press.  Owens authored the "Quick Hit" strategy titled "YouTube Reviews".  In this section, Owens describes how a YouTube review assignment, in an online course, produced repeated engagement that supported learning.
