What is SNA?

Student Nurses Association is an organization that represents the nursing population at Ashland University. We focus on nursing leadership and primarily on community service in our area. Community service is a way to show that we are involved and committed to our profession now and when we graduate and become registered nurses providing health care.

We continue to provide ways of enhancing our nursing education through guest speakers at meetings and nursing conventions that are held several times throughout the year. SNA meetings are usually held about once a month and community service projects are every 2-3 months.

We are always looking for new opportunities and ideas for our group, so please don't hesitate to make a suggestion! If interested in becoming an active member with us please contact any of our officers. President- Kristen Lieber (klieber@ashland.edu), Vice President- Addie Runkle (arunkle1@ashland.edu), Secretary- Mallory Vereb (mvereb@ashland.edu), Treasurer- Brittany Munroe (bmunroe@ashland.edu).
