Owens Attends Annual Clinical Research Conference

Dr. Jackie Owens, Associate Professor of Nursing, and Theresa Lattner, BSN, RN, CMSRN, a 2011 RN to BSN Program alumna, attended the Cleveland Clinic 15^th Annual Clinical Research Conference on April 29-30, 2019, in Warrensville Heights, OH. Owens, who serves as Editor of the scholarly journal of the American Nurses Association, OJIN: The Online Journal of Issues in Nursing, presented a breakout session entitled, Responding to Peer Reviewer Feedback: Tips from an Editor. Lattner, a nurse manager at Fairview Hospital, offered a poster and oral presentation about results of a research project entitled, Medication Side Effect Education: Are Patients and Clinicians on the Same Page?
